Consultation process was kept to the utmost level of professionalism. The consultant listened attentively and was able to recommend to me the treatments that were essential to address my needs. She was able to explain in detail what each treatment entailed and when I finished the treatment, proper care instructions were given and she even helped me book in the next visit which made the booking process very easy and efficient.

I like how the space made me feel, unlike the cold and dull settings of aesthetic clinics that we used to use. They did an excellent job to ensure the customer feels welcome and cozy in the shop. After treatment, I was invited to relax in their lounge area with a comfortable sofa and refreshments served. You are left alone to enjoy the space and bring yourself back to pace, unlike those cookie-cutter brands where you will be ushered out immediately after your treatment. A truly enjoyable pampering facial treatment in the spa. Feels like a five star resort spa facial than a medi-facial. The bed feels luxurious with fluffy towels. After treatment, I was invited to the relaxation lounge and refreshments were served, absolutely delightful. You totally don’t remember you are in a shop located in the city center. The staff were very friendly and warm, they listened attentively and were willing to go the extra mile to help me book in advance appointments for my partner’s mum who is visiting Singapore and only has limited hours to spare to squeeze in an extra treat before the flight out.
